URW at the Home Show!

We had a successful event at the Danville Home Show Saturday. The Institute was filled with vendors, and I have to say that Garry Martin was the hero of the day. He was able to convince a number of people to come and work out some rates on loans - and he was also able to work with some of the vendors there to show them how URW could benefit their efforts when working with their customers! We gave away lots of little houses (stress relievers) and pens and, all in all, I think we made a nice impact on the community for URW!

Danville's Home Expo

Garry Martin and I (Debbie Sparks) will be set up at the Home Expo this Saturday, March 21st at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research. Garry will be on hand to answer questions about loans, and mortgages - we'll be loaded with information - and free stuff :-) There should be many interesting exhibits for those interested in home construction and remodeling, so come on out - stop by our table and say Hi!

St. Patrick's Day!

WOW - I can't believe it's already St. Patrick's Day! The staff had some fun today with "Green and Jeans" day...anyone who wore a green shirt or top could dress in jeans....so, as you might guess, a lot of green with a lot of jeans! Plus, we had our own "pot of gold" with giveaways for our members! From all of here at URW - Happy St. Patrick's Day!
